Job Description

We are seeking motivated candidates to support the production of high-quality medical device hardware and systems . This role involves the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic components and finished devices in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical assembly of electromechanical subassemblies and devices
  • Handle and maneuver small components and parts
  • Conduct testing of electronic components and assemblies using automated test equipment.
  • Use schematics, scopes, multimeters, and diagnostic tools to adjust, repair, maintain, and test electronic equipment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate protective devices during operations.
  • Maintain accurate records for Device History Records (DHRs) and quality documentation to ensure traceability.
  • Read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
  • Enter and track information in electronic data collection systems and software tools
  • Prioritize work based on sequencing, precedence, and importance
  • Represent the company professionally during tours or audits
  • Support company initiatives, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and FDA regulations

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1- 2 years’ experience in electronic assembly and testing (medical device industry preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, building, and/or testing electronic assemblies
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA-controlled environments is a plus
  • Strong teamwork and individual contributor skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Schedule & Details

  • 4:30 am - 3 pm
  • **We also have similar roles in the Minnetonka and Plymouth facilities.**
