Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Billing Representative with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Proficient in handling billing inquiries, verifying insurance eligibility, and providing support in a fast-paced team environment. Adept at managing high volumes of calls while ensuring patient satisfaction and accuracy in billing processes.

How you will contribute:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients via phone and email, addressing billing and insurance-related inquiries effectively.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professional etiquette and ensuring timely responses.
  • Conduct patient eligibility confirmations with insurance companies, both electronically and via phone, ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines.
  • Process pre-authorizations in accordance with insurance requirements, facilitating efficient billing operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance knowledge of respiratory products and services, contributing to improved patient care.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and ensure a smooth billing process.
