At Always Best Care, we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals needing support with daily living activities. As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated caregivers to join us. We are urgently hiring full-time caregivers to assist a couple in Houston, TX (77077). This position involves 12-hour shifts on both weekdays and weekends. Position Details:Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Houston, TX 77077)Shifts Available: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (weekdays and weekends) Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care following the supervisor’s care plan, including: * Assisting with daily living activities (meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, companionship) * Administering scheduled medications and tracking compliance * Assisting with breathing treatments (oxygen tanks, nebulizer) * Monitoring and documenting clients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns promptly * Assisting with errands or transportation as needed * Following all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean environment * Communicating effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best care Requirements:

• Prior caregiving experience required (experience with seniors strongly preferred)
