Necessary qualifications:
High school diploma
Previous office experience required
Professional communication skills and grammar (oral and written)
Ability to work independently and as a team member as required
Capacity to be self-reliant, self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to change in a diverse and fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Keep client and office matters in strict confidence
Positive attitude and reliability.
