• This role will be coordinating vendor integration activities across internal Optum teams and external vendor partners for member eligibility engagement data single-sign-on and more.
• Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - the team is two full-time members directly on the team and working with many others in Tech Product and outside partners.

What does the ideal candidate background look like:

healthcare industry experience preferably with an insurance company or digital health company; tech product or business product management experience.

What skills/attributes are required:

Clear communication skills to coordinate across companies; some business understanding of member eligibility data; light technical skills to at least have a basic understanding of APIs file exchange; great project management skills to coordinate across multiple Optum teams and external vendor teams.

What skills/attributes are preferred:

Have worked to direct tech teams in the past to set up APIs perform user acceptance testing project/product management work.
