Job Description

We are seeking a Luxury Vacation Designer to join our remote team. This role involves working directly with clients to plan and design personalized luxury vacation experiences. Youll use your creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of destinations to provide clients with travel plans that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, lifestyle, and travel goals.
• Research and recommend luxury accommodations, tours, and experiences.
• Design and present customized itineraries with a focus on high-end details.
• Arrange bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions.
• Provide exceptional client support before, during, and after travel.
• Stay current on luxury travel trends, destinations, and supplier updates.
• Create tailored vacations for clients 

Qualifications

• Passion for travel, luxury experiences, and client care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or client services is helpful but not required.
• Need to be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, or Australia
