**Security Officer - Retail Environment (Waterbury, CT)** _This position requires security officers to perform prolonged standing during the shift times._ **Pay:** $18.50 **Schedules Available:** (Part Time 16 Hours per week) Thursday - Saturday 9am-2:30pm OR Thursday - Saturday 2:30pm-8pm OR Sunday - Wednesday 4pm-8pm **Qualifications:** - Active Connecticut State Guard Card - Active Connecticut State Driver's License - Reliable transportation & Clean Motor Vehicle History - High School Diploma or GED - 1 year of Security Experience preferred- Military/ Law Enforcement experience may substitute - Calm, polite, and professional demeanor. - Reliable and self-motivated. - High level customer service We help make your world a safer place. The ** Security Officer**  position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
