Real Estate – Director of Finance $250,000

We are looking for a director that will be responsible for overseeing the company’s Corporate Finance and Fund Accounting teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position provides accounting and reporting oversight for corporate entities, private equity investments, direct real estate investments, and supports the general accounting and reporting functions related to the firm’s real estate investment funds. This position career growth and development with $250,000 annual compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax reporting, private equity investments, and real estate investments
• Provide oversight of corporate, fund level, property level, and tax functions
• Set up accounting structures and systems for new properties/funds
• Manage involvement in main real estate funds and internal controls work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required
• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience within the real estate industry
• CPA preferred
• Open-end fund reporting experience preferred
