JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview: We are seeking a reliable, organized, and
proactive Receptionist/Personal Assistant to support both front-desk operations and household needs. This hybrid role requires someone who can professionally manage administrative tasks while also assisting with light personal support duties as needed. Key Responsibilities: Receptionist Duties Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner. Manage employee schedules and coordinate daily staffing needs. Assist with general administrative tasks, including email correspondence and maintaining records. Support day-to-day office operations as assigned. Personal Assistant Duties Serve as a backup to the primary personal assistant when needed. Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as tidying common areas, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness. Perform basic meal prep, including simple meal assembly or reheating meals. Run occasional errands and support household routines. Provide general support to ensure the home environment is clean and runs smoothly. \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality. Comfortable assisting with light household duties. Previous experience in reception, administrative support, or personal assistance is preferred. Additional Information Must have reliable transportation.
