Responsibilities:

• Strategic oversight of outage detection, resolution, and prevention processes.
• Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with field leadership to drive operational excellence and minimize service disruptions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for major outage events and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor outage trends and performance metrics to identify systemic issues.
• Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations for infrastructure resilience.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in network operations, infrastructure management or outage coordination.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with outage monitoring systems, data analytics, and incident management platforms.
